SHIPPING, TRACKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The majority of orders are delivered within 10-15 business days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, and flight delays etc. Our vendor(s) ship through leading courier services and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

ORDER & SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION

Once your order is placed, we will send you a notification email about your order. The notification email provides a summary of the items on your order. Our Shipment notification will carry the carrier name, tracking number, and Expected delivery date. You can track your package on the carrier's website.

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, we do not ship outside the Philippines. If you have a question about your shipments please send the applicable request to: ______________@______.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES 

Shipping and handling is FREE on orders totaling PHP_________ and higher. For Orders under PHP_________, we may charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to cover the costs for packaging and shipping the items.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Order Tracking: You will receive an automated email from our shipping partners with your tracking number once the order ships. Please visit the shipping partner's site and check for your Order Status. You can call the shipping partner with your order reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order reference number and we will be happy to help you.

DAMAGES 

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

HIDDEN CHARGES

There are no hidden charges. 

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order until your order moves to "Shipped Status". Once it moves to shipped status then you won't be able to cancel the order.  If item(s) are shipped, you may refuse the package and have immediately sent back. We initiate the refund within 7 working days after receiving your cancellation request. It may take up to 14 business days, for the amount to get credited in your bank account or credit/debit cards used at the time of purchase, after we have initiated the refund.
