RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at CasaTech. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to the return of your product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our website. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at CasaTech, you agree to the terms set forth as below.
We offer a 3-days return/replacements on all the products bought on our website. Returns/Replacements will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective/Damaged Product;
- Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications;
- Wrong Color/ Size/ Style;
- Incorrect Quantity;
- Wrong Product Delivered; and
- Part of Product is missing.
Product can be returned thru shipping, pick up, meet up or drop off at seller store. You may coordinate with seller for Return/Replacements. Once seller has checked the product and is deemed approved for return, CasaTech will credit the refunded amount minus a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% or 500 pesos of the total amount (whichever is higher) to your account.
Returns/Replacements will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse;
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories;
- Serial Number/Barcode is tampered;
- Damaged products reported after 3 days (Late returns);
- Product or box is damaged due to misuse;
- Product is used/opened; and
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable”.
FILING A RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST
You can file a return request through your user account. To request for a return/refund, please proceed to your dashboard and click the return button. You will be shown the option to refund/return the product. You can email us so we can assist you in making this a smooth transaction.
All Return/Replacement request will be reviewed by us. After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged. If reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product and share your tracking details with us. The courier charges will be borne by you. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement would depend on the stock availability.
It takes between 1 to 2 weeks from the time a request is raised, to the time the product is delivered back to you. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
However for Refunds, seller will coordinate with you for pick up or meet up for the item to be returned. Allow the seller to perform quality-check on the product before return/refund can be approved.
The seller or CasaTech will not refund the price difference if your new chosen product’s price is lower. Your new product must be of the same price or higher*.*customers must pay the price difference if the chosen new product is higher than the previous amount
CAN I RETURN A PART OF THE ORDER?
Yes, return/replacement request can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement for a partial quantity.
REFUND
We initiate the refund within 7 working days after successful completion of verification. For Refund, it may take up to 14 business days, for the amount to get credited in your bank account or credit/debit cards used at the time of purchase, after we have initiated the refund.
DELAY IN REFUNDS
If after 14 business days you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your Bank or Credit/Debit Card Company first to ensure the delay is not on their part. If you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at _______@___________
